Any Greater Manchester homeowner who is either over the age of 62 or disabled and whose gross income does not exceed 170% of federal poverty guidelines is eligible for our services. Homeowners are often referred to Rebuilding Together by community organizations, service clubs, churches and individuals. Homes are then inspected and evaluated by a selection committee and a decision is made as to which homes meet eligibility criteria. Once the homes are selected for rehabilitation, a plan is developed. If you think you qualify for the program, or know someone in the Greater Manchester area whose quality of life would be greatly improved by Rebuilding Together, please fill out a Homeowner Application, or contact us: Rebuilding Together Greater Manchester 816 Elm Street PMB 393 Manchester, New Hampshire 03101 (603) 645-4787
